It is time to shift the focus from massage being viewed only as a luxury. Medical studies have shown that investing in massage is an investment in your health. I look forward to working with you soon.
*** COVID-19 UPDATE BELOW ***
Hello, Community!
I hope that you and your family are doing well. If you have lost a loved one during this quarantine season, my prayers and empathy are with you.
I look forward to safely serving you starting Friday, May 29, 2020. I created a Google Document with details to address any concerns you may have (click here). It also includes an infographic that outlines your modified massage experience. You can also find this information on my business Facebook page.
As always, if the re-opening date changes, I will update you. Thank you for reading this information in its entirety.
My practice guidelines are in place to honor your health and mine so we can continue to work together. I appreciate your understanding in advance.
MY STANDARD SESSION EXPERIENCE
Please visit www.massagebook.com/biz/youmatter for Services & Rates. Below is what you can expect during your session.

Your health and comfort are important to me. Before your session, we will discuss your current health to ensure which modality is best for you. A medical referral may be required. I will professionally assess your gait and posture to identify focus areas to address during your session.

I will leave the therapy area for you to undress to your level of comfort and lie underneath the blanket and sheet on the massage table. Chair massages are fully-dressed sessions. One area of focus will be undressed at a time and you will remain professionally draped. Gluteal and pectoral muscles are massaged, but touch between gluteal muscles, breast tissue, and genitals are prohibited.

After your session, I will leave the therapy area for you to dress yourself. We will close your session with a post-assessment and you will be offered water to refresh your body.
